a candidate for a vacancy in SBDA Group and send your CV via the form on the Site;
a person whose personal data (for example, to provide recommendations) may be contained in CV of a candidate for a vacancy in SBDA Group;
a person interested in information about our activities, products and services, who has requested this information via the feedback form on the Site in his own interests or in the interests of others;
a representative/employee of the SBDA Group's current or potential partners who communicated their personal data via the feedback form on the Site;
a person who uses the information posted on the Site.
If we process your personal data, then you are a subject of personal data within the meaning of the Policy.

conclude, enforce and terminate agreements to which you or persons you represent are parties;

Information we collect
SBDA Group collects personal data in the course of its business activities, including in connection with some client services. We also collect personal data on certain areas of the Site when you apply for jobs, subscribe to SBDA Group newsletters, contact us.
If you are a job applicant for a vacancy, your personal data is processed to the extent that it is contained in the CV you send. When you send your CV, you also fill out a form on the Site and provide the following personal information: name and e-mail.
If you contact us through the feedback form on the Site or subscribe to the newsletters, you provide the following personal data: name, e-mail; company.
We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Site. Procedure of personal data processing

You may also have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we have collected about you and to have any inaccuracies in that data corrected. In certain circumstances, you may also request that we cease processing your personal data.
